I am not a physician however it appears to be an skin abscess that will need to be checked by a physician. Today, staph infections are common in boils and a culture may need to be taken of the fluid.
Do not squeeze it, as it will push any of the fluid deeper into your tissue. keep it covered with bandages until your see a doctor and wash you hands well if you touch it.

From Wikipedia

Boils are red, pus-filled lumps that are tender, warm, and extremely painful. A yellow or white point at the center of the lump can be seen when the boil is ready to drain or discharge pus. An abscess is also a contained collection of pus; however, it can occur anywhere in or on the body. A boil always involves a hair follicle.[2]

In a severe infection, multiple boils may develop and the patient may experience fever and swollen lymph nodes. A recurring boil is called chronic furunculosis.

In some people, itching may develop before the lumps begin to form. Boils are most often found on the back, stomach, underarms, shoulders, face, lip, eyes, nose, thighs and buttocks, but may also be found elsewhere.[citation needed]

Sometimes boils will exude an unpleasant smell, particularly when drained or when discharge is present, due to the presence of bacteria in the discharge.

It's probably an ingrown hair. when a hair doesn't exit properly from the skin as it grows, it can get infected. They are very common. try exfoliating, you've got to get the hair to come out to release the infection.
And if I were your mother I'd ground you for a month for posting pictures of your butt on the internet.
You should really talk to one of your parents about this kind of thing. you should delete this question.

Hmmm….. It might be a wart. I would talk to a physician, I would ASAP because heaven forbid its skin cancer =O

It's a blood blister. Should be absorbed by the body 7-10 days.
