I am posting this amazingly quick soup recipe just for Kristin D.! enjoy:)
1 pint of reduced fat milk
1 large bunch of basil
pepper to taste
Add 3 cans of Muir Glen organic fire Roasted Tomatoes with milk. Bring to a boil. Thoroughly wash the basil while the tomatoes and milk are coming to a boil. Once the soup has come to a boil turn off the stove and add the basil leaves. Use an immersion blender to puree. Add pepper to taste.
